Eco-Pure is a biological product that has beneficial strains of

Eco Boost Sachet
Eco Boost sachets are each rated up to ponds of 5000 gallons. The bacterial
sachet provides a stronger formula but only works above 12 C. It is suitable for
summer use and heated ponds. Use once a month, or as required, to rapidly reduce
the dreaded weed. Eco Boost can be used at the same time as Eco Pure, or alone.
Dissolve sachet into a bucket of pond water then add to pond. Switch UV off for
5 days, as this forms a liquid solution.

Eco-pure
is designed to be added to the pond regularly to keep the growth low. With
Eco-Pure it is possible to reduce growth down and to maintain the level at about
10 mm. Blanket weed can grow very fast it draws its nutrients from the water in
the form of Nitrates & phosphates and is accelerated by sunlight and oxygen.
The bad news for us is that fish actually excrete phosphate and our filters
produce Nitrates at end of the nitrifying cycle. In an enclosed pond the levels
of both naturally increase over time and before you know it, you can be
harvesting blanket weed weekly! Changing water can be fruitless as most public
water supplies contain Nitrates & Phosphates that will only add to the
problem. Eco-Pure added weekly will reduce blanket weed by reducing its food
source. Bacteria coat the blanket weed starving the weed of food, this will
initially break up long strands as it looses strength. After regular use it
should reduce down to minimal growth. Every pond is different! In some
ponds Eco-Pure can work in 2 weeks, most ponds can take 4 - 8 weeks. Use
Eco-Pure early in the season do not wait for it to grow in other words use it in
a regular preventive approach.
Dosage:use cup supplied in container, add 1or 2 heaped cups (30 -50 grams
approx) per 1000 gallons of pond water, mix measured quantity into a bucket of
pond water Stir, then apply around edge of pond area, every week. Ensure
all powder and granules are added to pond. The pond will go cloudy for only a
few hours some particles may settle on the bottom of the pond, this is normal
and will dissipate in time. For bad areas of blanket weed growth the dry powder
can be directly applied to side walls allowing the powder to entangle into the
blanket weed growth. Do not expect instant results. Eco-pure works by bacterial
& enzyme action and will be dependent on temperature pH factors etc. Note:
You cannot over dose with Eco-Pure it can be used 3 or 4 times a week if
required for bad weed problems. Because the beneficial bacteria is bio–fixed
to the nutrient powder there is no need to turn any UV equipment off. Use as
little or as much as you like, let the growth dictate your dosage.
