Air Manifolds are a very convenient, and necessary method of distributing air to where it is required, and manifolds also enable you to control the air supply.

These Air manifolds work in conjunction with an Air Pump allowing you to maximise your aeration output.

These air Taps below are extremely useful if you are intending to run an air-line ring the full length of your system where is required in the actual biological filtration systems.

Each tap has its own threaded end which can be screwed quite easily into PVC pipework etc. after pre-drilling which allows you to build your own tailor made distribution to supply air.

These Air Line Check Valves simply fit in line and prevent water from the system siphoning back into the Air Pumps if the power fails or when maintaining the system and the power is switched off.

This Silicone Airline Tubing is ozone resistant, and is very flexible and easy to use.  Max psi of 30.  It is easy to cut with standard scissors. It is 6mm in diameter, and is safe for fresh or saltwater.

We sell this Silicone Air-Line Tubing in 1 meter increments, or by the roll. Remember it is always a good idea to have extra on hand.

Other plastic tubing is available in both clear and black.  Black is great for "hiding" the tubing from view. Available in 30-meter rolls.

The Ceramic air stones are made from a refined ceramic compound. They produce very fine aeration and can be used in conjunction with any good air pump.

All of the ceramic air stones have plastic end housings which protect the air stone against abrasive contact from any surrounding surfaces. This added protection provides long life and trouble free operation of the units.

The Budget airstones are perfect for hobbyists and pond owners.  Though they will need to be replaced more often than ceramic airstones, they do offer a good solution to providng your pond with much-needed air.

This Long life flat aeration disc is ideal for use with large ponds and large air pumps.

The 200mm and 132mm Diameter air discs with a large surface area will be ideal for delivering high amounts of oxygen into a pond or quarantine tank, also for agitating Kaldnes (K1) as well.

A venturi is a device that injects air into your pond water to ensure adequate pond aeration.

Water is pumped through the venturi, and the restrictor creates a vacuum that sucks air in from the tube above water level, and then mixes with water inside the venturi to cause bubbles that aerate the pond water. It is used to improve pond aeration and movement of water in the pond and increase the oxygen level in the water.

This handy little Air Blow Gun Kit is ideal for use with an Oxygen cylinder, and simplifies inflating oxygen into a fish bag.

The trigger on the Air Blow Gun Kit enables the correct amount of gas to be ”injected” into the bag before sealing the bag, a must for Koi professionals and genuine hobbyists.

We now have something that you will all need and to save you blowing those diaphragm's, we can now supply a Pressure Relief Valve,  this fits between the Air Pump and the Manifold, no tools or skill needed. 

We highly recommend this product, it fits all Air Pumps and operates automatically when too much pressure is detected. Recommended for larger air pumps, where back pressure created by insufficient bore air piping or too few outlets being used can quickly damage the pump diaphragms.

This pressure relief valve is a pump protection device against over pressurisation. The valve will safely vent off any pressure over 0.2 Bar. If your valve is opening you have a blockage!, check and replace the offending area, be it a kinked pipe or blocked airstone!. Without this valve you are relying on the BP1 gauge, if you have one, as a monitoring & protective measure on your system.

Kit contains : valve, 2 x short ribbed connector pipes and 4 no clips.

The BP1 gauge is a great tool which ensures that you are running the pump within its limits. Leave the gauge installed at the outlet of the pump.

One of the most common causes of pump failure is due to blocked diffusers, especially when used in aquaculture applications. When using old diffusers or diffuser 'air stones' ensure they are regularly cleaned and better still replaced annually.

The idea with these Pressure Gauges is to monitor the pressure that the system is running at, if the pressure in the system exceeds what the Air pumps are rated at then it will only be a matter of time before you will have a failed pump.

i.e. The Secoh SLL & EL Single pumps are rated to 0.2 Bar, the EL-Twin pumps are rated to 0.25 Bar. We strongly recommend you buy a BP1 pressure gauge and check it regularly to save the life of your Air Pumps.
