The 48 watt model is proving to be immensely popular due to the be easy upgrade at a later date to a 72 watt version, simply by changing the lamps for a larger size.
This specification coupled with the use of a genuine heavy gauge 316L polished stainless steel body/radiation chamber, together with a removable fused Quartz sleeve (not plastic) should hopefully indicate that only the best components have been used in the Smartstart’s construction.
Spiral flow chamber now with double seal Endcaps and pressure tested to 10 Bar, with an incredible 2 year guarantee, with long life lamp of 9000 hours, less power for greater performance.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
