If you examine any other manufacturers nets and then compare them to these genuine Japanese koi nets, you will see the main, and most important difference, which is the clever 'riffling' of the metal net frame and the cord that is used to lash the actual net to the frame lays inside this 'riffling' making it almost impossible for you to wear the net out when, as we all do, we run the net along the bottom or the sides of the pond, or tank.

Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.
Overseas – DHL and UPS, cost based on weight / volume at checkout.
Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
