The AquaForte Biostabil Water Quality Enhancer Improves water quality within a short time to provide a stable pond environment for Koi and other Coldwater fish whilst maintaining a consistent natural PH value, a stable alkalinity (KH) level and neutralises ammoniac and heavy metals. Fish vitality will greatly improve together with enhanced colour intensity.

Dosage: Use 100gm of BioStabil per 1000 liters of pond water and apply the required quantity direct to the pond. Continue to run filter systems during application. It is recommended to use BioStabil twice per year or when required (in the event of a KH level lower than 5 dH). BioStabil will quickly address high or low PH values.

Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.

Overseas – DHL and UPS, cost based on weight / volume at checkout.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit. 

Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.  We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.

We will  arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
