Our range of flexible waterproof lining products includes lining solutions for virtually any scheme, from small garden pond, ornamental lake, water garden, cascade, stream, storage lagoon, run-off reservoir ...the list is endless. Our comprehensive range offers a choice of materials from in-expensive PVC pond liners up to the extremely tough Firestone pond liners, including of course the very popular Swedish VARNAMO Butyl pond liners.

Our suppliers unique fabrication technique enables us to fabricate Butyl pond liners from 1m x 1m up to 45m x 40m, in house. We can supply single factory seamed sheets up to 1,800 sq.m.

Larger projects can be accommodated on site by recommended installer.

Pond Liners made to order

From garden pond liner to golf course lake, lagoon to reservoir, we can produce virtually any size of flat sheet flexible liner to suit your project.

From 1m x 1m to 45m x 40m in a choice of materials to suit the application and budget. If a standard pond liner roll or prepacked product does not fit the bill, then simply specify a "made to order" liner within the size guide lines above. Our in-house manufacturing is run with a flexible approach to job scheduling giving us the ability to fast track special order items through the manufacturing and despatch process.

For example, we can usually despatch "cut from roll" EPDM sheets the next working day:(provided an order is placed before 12.00 mid-day on a stock roll width).

These items can be sent direct to site provided a means of off loading is available for heavier palletised items.

Box Weld

Box welded pond liners are increasingly becoming the preferred option, this eliminating ugly creases when trying to fit a 2 dimensional pond liner in to a square or rectangle hole.

As the name suggests this service offers a bespoke pond liner cut and welded to the exact shape of your new pond, no more creases or unwanted folds to harbour waste or debris allowing unwanted pathogens to cause water quality problems.

Box welded liners come with a standard 150 mm (6”) lip which lays flat on the last layer of blockwork, its important however to remember to have the pond full of water allowing the liner to sit correctly before laying the copings to secure the liner in place.

Obviously the tailoring process works best with formal shapes such as squares, rectangles, L-shapes or even circular ponds with vertical sides, we wouldn’t recommend having any shelves in your new ponds as this will cause havoc with water flows and debris collecting unnecessarily.
