Handy bowls in various sizes for temporarily holding, showing, treating, or transporting of your fish. The fish can be kept in the bowl for several hours without any problems if you place an air pump in the bowl and cover the bowl with a lid. Refresh the water regularly.
Bowls should always be cleaned out thoroughly after use and remember to do this every time, it is no use grabbing a dirty and possibly contaminated bowls when you urgently need one to treat one of your koi.

Larger items:
Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.
Overseas – DHL and UPS, cost based on weight / volume at checkout.
Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
