When to use
- New pond or new filter installation - use every 7th day for 3-6 weeks.
- After any chemical treatment - use every 7th day for 1-2 weeks.
- When adding new fish stock to pond - use every 7th day for 1-2 weeks.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
