Now available as spare parts are the Nexus Cleaning Pipe, which of course is used to prevent trapped mechanical waste going in to the Biological section of the Nexus when cleaning the Nexus Eazy 220 and Nexus Eazy 320.

Also available as a spare part is the Nexus inlet slide plate, this is used to prevent water coming from the pond or reverse flowing back to the pond whist cleaning the Nexus Eazy 220 and Nexus Eazy 320.

We would however recommend customers use either Valterra slide valves or better still Ball valves to isolate the Nexus filter systems from the pond.

Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.

Overseas – DHL and UPS, cost based on weight / volume at checkout.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit. 

Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.  We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.

We will  arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
