Thus when ever tap water is added to the pond, i.e during a water change the chlorine and chloramines must be removed. NT Labs Chlor Go contains compounds that not only remove the chlorine and chloramines, but also remove any heavy metals that are frequently present at low levels in tap water.

Using NT Labs Chlor Go is the ideal water care solution and avoids putting fish in any unecessary danger from these potentially toxic substances. NT Labs Chlor Go is also a great copper remover has a calming effect on fish being transported, it should always be used in transportation bags and isolation tanks regardless of whether or not tap water has been used.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
