PRO Line Automatic top up system

The PRO Line auto top-up is connected to the mains water supply and lets water into the pond when the desired water level drops. Simply set the level sensor at your desired water level, connect the water supply to the control box, using the flow indicator.

With the PRO-line auto top-up it is possible to create a fully automated system.

The water level sensor must be mounted in either the pond, filter system (not pump fed filter system system)

The white line half way up the sensor needs to be positioned at your required water level. Your mains hose pipe will connect on to the control unit using the click fit connectors supplied, please make sure the water flow is in the direction of the arrow.

You can also unscrew the click fit fittings and hard pipe the inlet and outlet from the control unit.

Although the main control unit is weather proof, the transformer will need to be situated in a suitable dry socket.

Larger items:

Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.

Overseas – DHL and UPS, cost based on weight / volume at checkout.

Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit. 

Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.  We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.

We will  arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
