Over the years we have been involved with some very exiting projects, but I think its fare to say this one is the Biggest!

After many an e-mail and late nights we were invited to Malta to advise on probably the bigest filtered Pond build we may ever have the pleasure of being involved with, 

The Design is based on 10 x Nexus Eazy 300, these filters will be responsible for fltering 50000 Gallons of water, we will be turning the complete water volumeover  in under 2 hours for only 850 watts !

10 Unique Aerated bottom drains have been designed to the Architects specification, 4 inch Class E through a 4 inch Swept bend, 4 inch Ball Valves in to the Nexus Eazy 300, The Pond is 9ft deep so industrial air blowers have been involved to power the Drains 24/7 due to the operating pressure at this depth. Airtech 80 Air pumps have been used to agitate the K1 media in each Nexus.

4 Special Bespoke Skimmers have been employed to feed 4 x Ea Pond Sieves, through 4 x Bio UV 40, no rock as been unturned on this one. We have over the top returns as well as below water returns at the turn of a valve, all returns are 2 " Pressure. The Malta Climate is very warm so we need to take advantage of the free oxygen generated from returning the water above water level, I am not a big believer of low level returns,
